Prior to her work with Ignition Institute today, Dr. Ritchie worked in management at Macquarie Bank and held board positions at organizations including the Foundation Board for University NSW (Australia) and served as a member of Women’s President Organization in New York. However, it was as a speech pathologist that she learned some of the most important lessons of her career.

In her work, particularly with those suffering from head injuries, Dr. Ritchie discovered the power one individual has if they have a clear goal, high ownership, supportive conditions to performance along with clear and clear feedback. She excels in spite of challenging work environments – the world of change and transformation tends to bring the real issues that need to be addressed to the surface. Today, Dr. Ritchie uses a breadth of diverse experiences to light the fire within herself and that of her team to bring measurable, lasting results to companies regardless of the challenge. Women’s Leader Magazine names her as one of their most inspiring Women Leaders of 2022.
